Workshop Assistant (Manufacturing) £25,000 - £30,000  Overtime OTE 37K  Work Life Balance  Mon-Fri  31 Days Holiday Wakefield Are you a Workshop Assistant or similar, looking to join a rapidly growing company, offering a stable role with a fantastic work life balance, working Monday to Friday in a close-knit workshop? Are you looking for a long-term, permanent, and local role, with an early finish every Friday, plus optional overtime to increase your earnings?

In this role you will be carrying out general labour work, consisting of cleaning the workshop, ensuring that the it meets health and safety standards, manual lifting, as well as operating a forklift truck. This company has been going for over 15 years and have doubled their annual turnover in the last 2-3 years, they are now looking to do the same again in the next 6 years.

They aspire to be the leading provider for specialist equipment, with a brand-new workshop on the way. This role would suit a Workshop Assistant looking for a stable, long-term role with a great work life balance, as well as optional overtime to increase their earnings.

The Role:

General labour in a modern, clean workshop Maintaining cleanliness, operating a FLT, and manual lifting Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4pm, finish at 1:30pm on Friday Optional overtime, up to 10 hours a week
