Tebay Services is seeking a Service Leader to head shifts in our catering department, ensuring the team delivers outstanding service and maintains brand standards. This hands-on, high-volume role requires a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for our home-made products.
You will lead daily operations, train new colleagues, and ensure consistent, high-quality food, service, and cleanliness. Prior experience in fast-paced catering is advantageous.
