Restaurant Shift Manager - Spa Café Whinfell Forest | Circa £30,600 per annum plus tips

Vitalé Café Bar serves Mediterranean-style dishes and drinks in Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

We're looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our Vitalé Café Barteam to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing team training.

• Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
• Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
• Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

• Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 8am and 8:45pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
