• You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it.
• You will complete an online driving risk assessment as part of your interview; if successful, there will be a driving assessment when you join us.
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

• Drive a 3.5‑tonne van to deliver groceries to customers’ doorsteps, on time and in great condition.
• Complete checks to ensure the van is organised, clean and roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before getting out onto the road to drive safely in a variety of locations and conditions.
• Serve customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions and substitutions, and keeping them aware of any delays.
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
• When not out making deliveries, help across the store as needed.

• Friendly and welcoming with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and providing the best doorstep experience.
• Proficient at driving a large vehicle in different locations, from busy residential streets to narrow country lanes, delivering to a variety of residential properties.
• Happy in a fast‑paced, physical and high‑energy environment, using initiative to solve problems – often on your own but also thriving in a team.
• Ready to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store when needed.
• Comfortable learning new digital tools and technology for the job, and able to lift shopping containers up to 15 kg.
