Deliver excellent service in the forest
Join our Parc Market team as a Retail Assistant, where you'll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure our store runs smoothly. You'll handle everything from serving guests at the checkout to maintaining stock displays and supporting other retail outlets.

Join our Parc Market team as a Retail Assistant, where you'll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure our store runs smoothly. You'll handle everything from serving guests at the checkout to maintaining stock displays and supporting other retail outlets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate tills and handle transactions
- Replenish stock and maintain displays
- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Resolve queries and ensure a positive guest experience
- Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa)
- Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants
- Bonus scheme and recognition rewards

- Career development and in-role training
- Part-time contract, shifts fall between 7:00am and 9:30pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and guests
