45 hours per week, five days over seven, including weekends.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment.
• Deter violence and public order offences.
• Conduct store patrols.
• Utilise CCTV systems to support reduction of crime and stock loss.
• Liaise with store management teams.
• Collaborate with Police and crime partnership agencies as required.
• Wear body worn CCTV to enhance safety for colleagues and customers.

• Current SIA licence or SIA certificates; training for a licence may be provided.
• Full 5‑year verifiable employment/education history (required for vetting).
