Nursery Team Leader

About The Role

Nursery Team Leader – enthusiastic childcare leader for Penryn nursery campus, high-quality care for 6 months‑five years, Ofsted rated ‘Good’. Head a small staff team to deliver curriculum in line with Nursery standards, policies, procedures, Ofsted and EYFS. Work with parents and staff to provide a happy, stimulating, secure learning environment.

Qualified with NNEB, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare, day‑nursery experience. Independent initiative, flexible approach, confidentiality understanding. Passionate, enthusiastic, ideas to encourage learning and development. Key skills: EYFS curriculum knowledge, written and verbal communication, small team management, sensitive handling of parents, staff and children.

Enhanced Regulated Activity Disclosure and DBS check required.
