We are seeking to recruit a Wellbeing Advisor to join our Wellbeing Team. This key, front‑facing role involves managing enquiries, providing student appointments and outreach, and working closely with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team. You will deliver effective advice and support to students and respond to welfare and behaviour concerns, working flexibly, responsively and liaising with university partners and external agencies.

• Substantial experience working with individuals with welfare, mental health and/or behavioural issues
• Experience of gathering and providing information, advice or guidance in a welfare or pastoral context
• Ability to adapt and transfer skills to a university setting, supporting the organisational approach and students in academic progress, working in a multi‑disciplinary team
• Experience of, and commitment to, working collaboratively and positively in a team
• Ability to remain calm and deal sensitively and effectively with difficult situations in a high‑demand environment

• Permanent, full‑time, 37.5 hours per week contract
• Fixed‑term until July 2026, full‑time, 37.5 hours per week contract
