24 Healthcare is recruiting a Healthcare Assistant to support a young male with complex medical needs at his home. You will deliver person-centred care, including personal care, gastrostomy feeding, and medication administration, while supporting mobility and daily routines.
The role involves tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, and seizure management per care plans. You must be a driver and join a supportive, skilled team committed to excellent care and meaningful outcomes.
