The Role We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our workshop team. In this role, you will bring high-end designs to life, balancing traditional hand craftsmanship with modern machinery to produce furniture pieces to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities Interpret detailed technical drawings accurately to extract all necessary construction information. Craft luxury furniture pieces from start to finish with absolute precision. Operate a variety of traditional hand tools and power tools safely. Set up and operate modern woodworking machinery. Execute high-quality veneering using both press and vacuum forming methods. Manage projects independently while maintaining strict quality control. Collaborate closely with the workshop team to meet project deadlines.
What We Are Looking For Experience :
Ideally 4 years of experience in high-end cabinet making or fine woodworking. Technical Skills :
Proficient in reading detailed technical drawings, using hand/power tools, and operating modern workshop machinery. Specialist Skills :
Proven experience in veneering (press and vacuum forming). Finishing :
Experience in finishing is an asset, but full training will be provided if required. Work Ethic : A strong team player who is equally comfortable working under their own steam. Mindset :
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-standard work. Salary & Benefits Salary :
