Overview

Sales Manager – Penryn – £28k Basic – up to £60k DOE with One Property Recruitment. An expanding estate agency in Penryn seeks an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer transitioning to Sales Manager. You’ll drive valuations, negotiations, and sales, and lay the foundations for a department you’ll lead, with a clear path to a managerial role and strong commission and director support.

• Handling property negotiations and sales progression
• Working alongside directors to shape the growth of the department
• Lead by example in customer service and sales delivery
• Conduct valuations and carry out market appraisals
• Monitor pipeline and performance data
• Drive revenue growth whilst being cost effective
• Recruit, mentor and develop the team during expansion

• £26,000 – £28,000 basic salary
• Realistic OTE of £60,000
• Company incentives and bonuses
• Full training and support from directors
• Clear progression to managerial role

• Previous estate agency experience, ideally as a Valuer or Negotiator
• Confident, ambitious, and target-driven
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and customer service skills
• Driving License not required
