Job Title
Customer Advisor – Sales floor, B&Q Penryn
Employment DetailsPart time – 18.75 hours per week, 3‑month fixed‑term contract.
Shifts available Monday to Sunday: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
UK notional hourly rate: £13.10 per hour.
Responsibilities- Provide expert advice to customers on home improvement products.
- Assist with product selection and drive sales.
- Manage stock, set up displays, and maintain store appearance.
- Opportunities to train in paint‑mixing and cutting timber.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer‑focused attitude.
- Passionate about home improvement and eager to learn.
- Team player, flexible to work on a rotating schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
- Comfortable using technology to support customers.
