Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation is the leading commercial golf & grounds equipment distributor in the Southeast and Midwest. We are seeking a Credit Associate to join our team in our Pensacola, FL location.
ResponsibilitiesThe Credit Associate is responsible for assisting customers with accounts; collection of delinquent accounts; maintaining notes on accounts; billing of customer invoices, statements, and interest; accounts receivable; and maintaining accurate posting, and deposit records.
Qualifications- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of accounting
- Customer service
- Experience in cash management
- Ability to multitask in a challenging environment
- Excellent communication
- Organization
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
