Overview
Zarzaur Law, P.A. is an award-winning, AV-rated plaintiff’s personal injury law firm based in Pensacola, Florida. We are a modern, fast-paced, high-volume practice seeking a detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or experienced Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in managing the firm’s financial operations and supporting day-to-day accounting and administrative functions.

Responsibilities- Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections
- Perform account reconciliations, prepare balance sheets, and complete all monthly reporting requirements
- Record, verify, and maintain accurate records for all financial transactions
- Generate accounting, financial, and expense reports as requested
- Maintain accurate financial data within Quick Books
- Perform regular data entry and assist with general administrative and office tasks
- Complete additional administrative tasks and assignments as needed
- CPA license preferred (or equivalent accounting experience)
- Demonstrable knowledge of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
- Prior legal or law firm accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency with Quick Books (required)
- Experience using Microsoft Office on Mac preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time-management and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
