Bookkeeping-Accounts Payable and PayrollPosition: Bookkeeping-Accounts Payable and Payroll
Hourly Rate: Up to $19.00 per hour dependent on experience
Job Status: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Closing Date: February 1, 2026, or until filled
General Description: This position performs a variety of simple to moderately complex payable processes which include the generation of vendor and payroll checks and reconciliation of related reports. The work is performed under the supervision of a Finance Manager.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of bookkeeping methods, techniques, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to process accounts payable invoices and calculate payroll using software (training provided).
- Perform reconciliations of various general ledger and customer accounts accurately and timely.
- Understanding of the purpose of documentation for payment processes.
- Perform data entry tasks and operate software effectively to perform daily tasks.
- Proficient skillset with Excel and other Microsoft Suite software.
- Communicate effectively in oral and written form using appropriate grammar and punctuation.
Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an equivalency diploma, and at least three (3) years payable related experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
Other Requirements: A person offered a position must pass a background check.
