Every medical office our client builds starts with numbers someone has to get right. In this brand-new role, you’ll bring direction to a capable team behind a national healthcare real estate portfolio and help shape where communities get care.

- 20% target bonus on top of base
- Lead a team of 8 that’s growing
- Real ownership and autonomy from day one
- $130,000 – $150,000 base + 20% target bonus
- Leading and mentoring 2 supervisors and 6 indirect reports
- Owning close across operating, development, holding, and JV entities
- Managing JV accounting, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting
- Overseeing construction accounting, job costing, and loan draws
- Coordinating external audits, tax, and debt covenant reporting
- Presenting results to JV partners and stakeholders
- Active CPA license
- CRE development or construction accounting background
- Joint venture and multi-entity accounting experience
- A genuine love for training and developing people
- Skill at bringing stability to a team in transition
- Yardi experience is a big plus
- Open to living in or relocating to Pensacola, FL
