• Oversee all aspects of property management for the national portfolio
• Lead a team of property managers, collections agents, coordinators, and maintenance technicians
• Ensure compliance with local rental regulations and efficient operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and resident experience
• Work closely with the Product team to enhance tools, processes, and automation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Product Management, or related fields
• Experience in enhancing computer software systems
• Demonstrated ability to set and deliver on business strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in product or operations at a renowned company
• Track record of driving real-world results through product or operation launches
• Previous ownership of business outcomes at a significant scale
