Customer Care Representative – Pensacola

Overview

The Customer Care Representative (CCR) is responsible for working in a team environment that consistently provides world-class service while achieving and maintaining excellent operational standards, developing and cultivating customer relationships to maximize opportunities. A CCR provides front line support to take orders, provide helpful information, and resolve issues to make sure our customers are satisfied with the products and services we provide.

A mechanical/technical background and basic knowledge of turf irrigation are preferred skill sets to help support the customers who purchase our products.
