Member Service Representative - Fraud

TEKsystems is currently Digital Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!

Position:
Member Service Representative (Fraud)

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
• Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
• Assisting members with Zelle and fraud related transactions
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
• Ability to work in a fast‑pace high‑volume call center environment
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• STRONG computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills

Training:
First 6 weeks;
Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Schedules available after training:
Monday - Saturday (Sundays off and 1 rotating off day during the week), 2:00pm - 11:30pm, 3:00pm - 12:30am, 4:00pm - 1:30am

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
