Consistent Schedule & Stability Job Overview In this role, you will support customers by helping them navigate early-stage financial challenges while providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment

Working within an auto-dialer system

Handling early-stage collections (130 days past due)
Averaging 80120+ calls per day Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers

Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts Schedule Training:
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm CSTPost-Training:
Monday Saturday (5-day workweek), 11:30 AM 8:00 PM CSTWere looking for individuals who are:

Customer-focused and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented

Interested in building a career in financial services or customer operations

Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
