We are representing a high-performing, privately owned endodontic group in Pensacola, Florida that is seeking a full-time Endodontist to join its thriving team. This is a confidential opportunity to step into an established referral base, supported by modern technology, an experienced clinical team, and exceptional practice infrastructure.

Position Details

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
– Procedures include:
– Root Canal Therapy & Retreatment
– Apicoectomy
– Cracked Teeth & Traumatic Injuries
– Modern digital tools and clinical autonomy
– Strong referral base and consistent patient flow

Compensation & Benefits
– 43% of collections – high-income potential based on production
– $2,000/month transition stipend for the first year to support loan repayment
– Relocation assistance available
– $2,500 annual CE allowance for continuing education and professional development
– Four (4) weeks PTO
