We’re expanding our team of Dentists and looking for a dedicated Pediatric Dentist to join our passionate Pensacola care team. This key hire will help us move our mission forward of helping pediatric and special‑needs patients get the care they deserve.

• Full‑time (preferred), part‑time, and PRN positions are available.
• Days only – No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no on‑call.
• Ability to give back to an underserved patient population.
• Fully equipped and accredited modern ASC.
• Partner with a highly qualified surgical team to provide safe, quality care for each patient.
• Treat approximately 7 pediatric patients in a typical OR day.
• Perform various restorative care primarily focusing on posterior stainless‑steel crowns (SSCs), anterior esthetic (veneer) SSCs, pulpotomies, and exodontia of primary teeth.
• We take care of all licensing requirements on your behalf.
• Fully covered malpractice insurance.
• Fully covered travel expenses for applicable employees.
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage for full‑time employees.
• 401(k) with company match for full‑time employees.

• Broad clinical experience working with pediatric patients.
• BLS certification.
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification required within 6 months of start date (fully paid for by Blue Cloud).
• Knowledge of and familiarity with American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry policies and best practices, including guidelines on sedation and general anesthesia co‑written by our Chief Dental Officer, Dr. Stephen Wilson.

• National Board certification or eligibility strongly preferred.
• Comfort practicing in a wide range of anesthesia staffing models ranging from classic Anesthesia Care Team model to independent practice.

Note – Recently retired Pediatric Dentists from clinical practice or those who’ve served in the armed forces are welcomed!
