Instrumentation and Controls Engineer – Mid, Senior & Principal Levels

We are seeking talented I&C Engineers at all experience levels, from early-career professionals to principal engineers. Responsibilities

Our engineers collaborate with interdisciplinary partners, coordinate with diverse teams, and ensure project success. Typical tasks include: develop design studies, prepare engineering calculations & analysis, attend project meetings, conduct walkdowns, and mentor junior employees.

  • Create Impactful Engineering Deliverables: produce precise and error‑free drawings, calculations, and analyses that exceed industry codes and client expectations.
  • Set the Standard: develop documents that not only meet but surpass client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay on the Cutting Edge: continuously enhance expertise in industry codes, safety culture, and advanced design techniques.
  • Drive Quality & Precision: deliver exceptional engineering solutions that align with rigorous quality assurance programs.
  • Cultivate Strong Client Connections: build trust and lasting relationships through clear communication and professional engagement.
  • Collaborate for Success: partner with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated designs that meet diverse project requirements.
  • Be Active in the Field: perform on‑site plant walkdowns and ensure all structures, systems, and components meet the highest standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing electrical systems.
  • Experience in engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial projects, energy or government (DOE) projects is highly preferred.
  • Good writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Some roles may require U.S. citizenship; only U.S. citizens will be considered for those positions.
  • Senior Engineers typically have 7 years of post‑graduate experience.
  • Principal Engineers typically have 10 years of post‑graduate experience.
  • If you do not meet the 3‑year experience threshold, we will transfer your application to our early talent team.
Pay Range

USD $90,000.00 – $ per year.

Salary Range Information
  • If a salary range is listed, it reflects the typical range for this full‑time position based on role, level, and location. Individual compensation within the range will be determined by factors such as work location, experience, skills, and training.
Eligibility to Work

  • Must pass pre‑employment, drug and alcohol screenings, background checks, and annual MVR per company and client policies.
