I and C Engineer - Entry Level (Data Centers)

• Accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, while gaining familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
• Provide on‑site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members, and collaborate with the discipline lead.
• Help design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world‑class solutions for new facilities.
• Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Produce control system designs and develop options and optimizations for all aspects of process control, instrumentation, and automation.

• Associate’s or Engineering Tech degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering (ideal).
• Working knowledge of Revit software preferred.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification (ideal).
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Passion for buildings and construction.
• Prior experience with DDC and PLC based control systems.
• Experience with Data Center design or operations.
