Position Overview
As the Director of Civil Engineering, you will be a senior leader, responsible for overseeing the strategic and technical direction of the firm's civil engineering practice as it relates to Department of Defense projects. This role demands deep expertise in DoD‑specific design standards, interdisciplinary coordination, and the ability to lead and grow a team dedicated to serving U.S. military clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required
- Fifteen (15) plus years of experience civil/site design, some DoD or military infrastructure projects design preferred
- Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Storm
CAD, HEC‑RAS, Info Drainage or similar - Familiarity with federal procurement methods, including DBB, DB, and ECI under FAR regulations
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, permitting procedures, and codes
- Travel to jobsites, as needed
