The Field Engineer is the liaison between the construction site and the office and provides support to the Project Engineer and the Project Superintendent. They focus on production tracking, operational planning, communication, organization, implementation, and data tracking. The role is 75%-90% field based, offering substantial learning opportunities in construction management.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with all project staff to ensure work plans are tracked and analyzed to maximize efficiency in field operations.
- Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
- Analyze and compare budgeted vs. actual production rates and material yield.
- Assist in ensuring field work adheres to project standards and specifications.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Moderate to high proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
