USA – The role can be based anywhere in the United States. The successful candidate is expected to travel up to 30% domestically for client and project site visits.

• Facilitate client requirements for the design of hyperscale data centres throughout the United States.
• Manage the design process from campus planning and basis of design through issuance of construction drawings, including creating a shared plan for design execution and overseeing the construction administration services provided by the external design team.
• Coordinate procurement, issue and administration of change orders related to design and project scope, and issue engineering information to related vendors and suppliers.
• Build strong positive relationships with internal and external teams to ensure clear communication and progress towards required milestones and deadlines.
• Travel to project sites and client meetings as required – anticipated to total up to 30% of the schedule.
• Ensure project deliverables meet milestones, deadlines, and are presented in the format required by the final client and related teams.

• 10+ years of project design experience with data centre designs, OR large complex construction projects such as hospitals, high‑rises, laboratories, manufacturing plants, or high‑power plants.
• Experience working with internal and external multidisciplinary teams and directly with final client teams.
• Experience with preparation of project plans, technical specifications, development of project implementation plans and schedules, and coordination of internal and external teams.
• Experience utilizing Autodesk Platforms:
  Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Building Information Modelling (BIM) engineered solutions.
• BA in Architecture or Engineering, or a related field. Preferred licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) is strongly preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with evolving priorities in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.

$80,461 – $132,761 (actual salaries vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location).
