- Analyzes complex payment scenarios, identifies root causes, resolves exceptions efficiently, and makes sound decisions while balancing member service, risk, and operational requirements - Detail Oriented
- Maintains a high level of accuracy when reviewing payment instructions, account information, and supporting documentation to prevent errors and financial losses - Communication and Collaboration
- Effectively partners with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and support operational objectives
