• Perform cardiac rhythm monitoring and report changes.
• Display a positive, customer‑oriented demeanor to patients, visitors, and the care team.
• Execute clerical and reception duties as required.
• Monitor and document patient activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Completed a basic arrhythmia class and/or passed an arrhythmia test with >90% upon hire (required).
• BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification (required).
