Responsibilities
  • Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards.
  • Monitor sterilization cycles, document results, and promptly resolve any issues.
  • Prepare and organize instrument trays and surgical rooms according to daily schedule and procedural needs.
  • Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
  • Collaborate closely with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support efficient, smooth surgeries.
Qualifications
  • Prior sterile processing or healthcare experience is required.
