• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance students' fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and daily living capabilities.
• Lead therapy sessions focusing on exercises to stretch, strengthen, and increase flexibility, restoring joint motion and muscle strength.
• Assist students with developmental delays in achieving independence in tasks such as dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Address sensory processing and attention challenges to improve focus and social interactions in the classroom.
• Support students with behavioral disorders by teaching anger management strategies and coping skills.
• Evaluate and recommend specialized equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, communication aids) tailored to student needs.

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s or Clinical Doctorate).

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Proficient in documentation and report writing.

• Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Open to H1B candidates already licensed in the United States.

Salary: $35 - $40 per hour
