As a PTA, you’ll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and reach their rehabilitation goals. You’ll be a key player in providing compassionate, hands-on care in a collaborative clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing customized treatment plans

Lead therapeutic exercises and apply prescribed modalities

Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to supervising PT

Educate patients and caregivers on at-home strategies

Support accurate documentation of therapy services

Active Florida PTA license (or ability to obtain)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current BLS certification

At least 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
