Onsite Hospitality Manager

Since 2019, Landing has built the largest flexible living network in the country: 35+ markets, thousands of apartments, no deposits, no hassle. We re growing fast and operating in the real world, which means things move quickly, priorities shift, and no two days look the same.

This is a property ownership role, and it comes with a rent-free home. You ll live onsite at one of our properties in Pensacola, Florida, and own at least 30 units there: member experience, property relationships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance, unit quality, and everything in between. You ll oversee reservations made through Landing s platform and OTA partners like Airbnb and , resolve member issues across multiple channels, and report on property performance to your manager.

Living onsite puts you right in the middle of the action. When something comes up, you can jump in fast, and you get to build real relationships with guests and property partners face to face.

If you ve run or worked in a hotel, a short-term rental portfolio, or a high-volume hospitality operation, you already know what this job feels like. The difference is that the playbook is still being written, and you ll help write it.

This role is for someone who thrives when things move fast, makes smart calls with incomplete information and the guest experience in mind, and builds systems while using them.

• Reservation management across direct and OTA channels, including Landing bookings, Airbnb, and
• The member experience from booking through checkout: tickets, inquiries, and escalations
• Relationships with property partners and housekeeping vendors
• Property KPIs: NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth
• Reservation coordination and maintenance escalation with property management teams
• Onboarding, installing, launching, and deinstalling units at your property

• Willingness to live and work onsite at the property
• A background in hotel operations, short term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high volume hospitality. You know how to operate when guests don t wait.
• Experience running a property, market, or operation with real autonomy, making the decisions rather than carrying out someone else s
• Strong organization and follow through. Tickets don t resolve themselves, and this role has a lot of them.
• The ability to triage under pressure. When three things are urgent at once, you know which one to move on first.
• Comfort with ambiguity. We re a growth stage company, and the answer isn t always written down somewhere.

Because you live where the guests are, this role doesn t follow a fixed schedule. Expect regular work outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on what the property needs. Flexibility is a must.
