CSA is looking for a Lead Compliance Administrator who specializes in managing Navy authority to operate (ATO) packages, with a solid background in RMF processes and implementations.
How Role will make an impact:- As a Lead Compliance Administrator on our team, you’ll ensure enterprise departments are adhering to RMF processes and gathering ATO artifacts from the departments for ATO submission.
- Help identify requirements with our customers for daily operations and direct a team of compliance administrators in accomplishing tasks with emphasis on meeting ATO deadlines and requirements.
- Utilize technical expertise with the RMF process and ability to lead a team will be vital as you identify missing or expired artifacts and work with the team to obtain valid artifacts in their place.
- Clearance:
Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance - HS diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience
- General Experience in Electronic Documentation
- Certifications:
IA Contractor Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required at the task order level.
- Experience with managing ATO requirements on DoD network systems
- Experience with eMASS and eMASSter
- Experience with identifying and implementing processes while documenting them
- Experience with the RMF process
- Knowledge of DoD security compliance auditing, RMF, and STIGs
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- CISSP or equivalent certification
