Technical Program Manager - Aerospace

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team in Pensacola, FL. This role is vital in coordinating complex projects and ensuring the successful delivery of our rugged surveillance solutions, aligning with our mission to support our customers within the defense industry.

• Primary point of communication with large defense contractor and/or government program teams
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (quality, purchasing and engineering) to deliver technical projects on time and within scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using industry-standard tools.
• Assist in developing and providing documentation as required to meet the program requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Foster a collaborative environment and promote best practices in project management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Facilitate Agile and traditional project management methodologies as appropriate.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within project teams.

• Proven experience in project management within the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification / experience preferred.
