Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Pensacola, FL (100% Onsite)
Duration: Initial 6-month with potential extensions
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support role
- Work Independently or in a collaborative environment
- Customer Service Skills
- Hardware/Equipment Setup and Support Experience
- Windows 11 OS support and troubleshooting Experience
- Basic Networking Experience
- Security + or Degree related to the IT field or equivalent related work experience
- Printer Server Management Experience
- Service Now Experience
- Office 365 and TEAMs Experience
