With over eight years of experience in the insurance industry—including more than three as an agency owner—I’ve developed a deep appreciation for both leadership and community connection.

Currently leading a close-knit team (soon to grow!), I’m hands-on when it comes to training and mentorship, but I also believe in collaborative success—everyone plays a role in reaching our goals.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
