Who You Are:

You are passionate about family law, obsessed with client results, detail-oriented, and comfortable in litigation and negotiation. You thrive in fast-paced environments, lead by example, and provide exceptional service to clients. You have experience in family law, are in good standing with the Florida Bar, and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Clio are preferred. You understand complex legal issues and can communicate them clearly to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on legal rights and issues, providing thoughtful analysis.
  • Research and analyze legal issues to determine case outcomes.
  • Manage a high-volume workload efficiently.
  • Handle complex divorce and parental responsibility cases involving sensitive issues.
  • Represent clients in court and mediations, draft legal documents, and lead a team including paralegals.
