Hall Prangle is seeking to hire a full‑time associate in its Pensacola office with interest in medical malpractice or healthcare law. As this is an entry level associate position, we are looking for recent graduates or newer licensed attorneys (up to 4 years of experience). The associate will work with small teams of attorneys and paralegals, led by seasoned trial attorneys with proven track records, all working collaboratively to efficiently provide our clients with the best possible results.

The right candidate will be skilled, hard‑working, pleasant, and personable.

• Provide legal counsel and representation to the firm’s clients from pre‑trial through trial
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, written discovery, and agreements
• Attend court hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on case strategy
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar
• New attorney graduates up to 4 years’ experience in defense litigation
• Strong understanding of State court rules and procedures
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication
