Moorhead Law Group is searching for a Paralegal to join our growing team in Pensacola, FL. Our firm focuses primarily on matters related to real estate law, community association law, business law, and estate planning/probate. Job Description:
  • Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda.
  • E-file all court documents in state and federal court.
  • Prepare discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses.
  • Prepare trial binders and exhibits.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file them with the court.
  • Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics).
  • Other tasks as requested by the attorney.
Position Requirements :
  • Paralegal experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, case management software, court e-filing portals and e-recording.
  • Ability to manage time independently, multitask effectively, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • General knowledge of court rules and procedures.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude.
  • Excited about the ability to work as a team.
