Sourcing Fulfillment Leader

• Lead procurement and fulfillment for Pensacola operations.
• Ensure material delivery without disruption to shop floor and achieve 98%+ on‑time delivery to final customers.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Global Fulfillment teams to align the master production plan with supply‑chain capabilities.
• Implement standard work tools for the fulfillment team.
• Drive a problem‑solving culture with the local team to continuously improve KPIs while resolving fulfillment issues.
• Support and collaborate with GCLs / Supply Chain teams for cost‑out programs and other strategic initiatives.
• Manage regional inventory targets and improve/stabilize on‑hand supply to drive improvement.
• Own regional ECO cut‑in changes while collaborating with the Master Scheduler.
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify total system and process gaps for delivery improvements and standardization for fulfillment.
• Manage and lead a team of fulfillment professionals.

• Minimum of 8 years of supply‑chain experience.
• Proven capability of delivering results and business outcomes in a dynamic environment.
• Thorough understanding of business processes with special focus on supply chain.
• Proven problem‑solving skills, data‑oriented and systematic skills.
• Oracle ERP experience.
• Ability and flexibility to travel as the job requires.

• Broad understanding of business processes including material planning, purchasing, inventory and S&OP.
• Six Sigma and Lean proficiency.
• Ability to work horizontally across different business processes, functions and geographies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
