Position:
Mechanical Superintendent (FULL TIME).

Location:

Pensacola, FL (Quantum-6715 Plantation Road Pensacola FL 32504; openings at other locations within the school district may be available). This role requires flexibility to meet most scheduling needs and may involve travel for project needs.

• Supervise and manage all operations on assigned locations, including Mechanical/HVAC/Piping/Plumbing construction activities.
• Ensure associates receive job-specific and safety training; direct and train staff to comply with safety requirements and operating policies.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and crew changes; monitor budget compliance.
• Administer weekly and monthly inventories; control purchasing and inventory costs.
• Ensure PPE use at all times and promptly address health and safety issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in Mechanical/HVAC/Piping/Plumbing construction.
• Proven track record managing crews on projects from $1M–$20M+.
• OSHA safety training/certifications preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel for project needs.
• Onsite role (no remote/hybrid).
