The Production Operator II will be a key contributor to manufacturing processes on a rotating day shift schedule. The position reports to the Department Supervisor and requires on‑site attendance in Pensacola.
What You Will Do- Support and participate in establishing manufacturing in Pensacola, working with process and production engineers on troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Produce quality products per standard operating procedures and departmental standards, ensuring proper recording and traceability.
- Follow company safety policies, including PPE usage, lock‑out/tag‑out procedure, and safe operation of equipment; maintain good housekeeping.
- Use ERP systems to log production details.
- High school diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent; with 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Works well in a cross‑functional team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly.
- Ability to travel – None
- Frequently move, lift, carry, push or pull weights up to 50 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift/move weights greater than 50 pounds with assistance.
- Continuous standing/walking, frequent climbing stairs/ladders, squatting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pivoting, reaching; frequently use hands to grasp, clamp, move, handle small objects.
- Wear all necessary PPE, which may include respiratory respirator or air hood.
