Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

At Cytiva, part of Danaher’s 15+ operating companies, the Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing areas of production, driving improvements in line with defined KPI targets, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and focusing on high product quality by adhering to internal procedures and maintaining full product traceability.

• Lead and support the daily operations of the value stream, ensuring alignment with KPI targets and production goals.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members.
• Manage a team of associates; navigate staffing, training, and development of associates, including scheduling and performance feedback.
• Drive operational excellence through the application of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools such as 5S, Daily Management, and Problem‑Solving Process.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and support audit readiness.

• Have 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations, preferably in a leadership or team‑lead capacity.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing principles and problem‑solving methodologies.

• Ability to travel 10% of the time to other Cytiva manufacturing locations in the US and worldwide, as required.
• Ability to access gauges and equipment 5‑6 feet off the ground, lift and move up to 50 lb.
• Wear all necessary PPE, which may include respirator, air hood, hearing protection, etc.
