Emerald Coast Bread Company is looking for a hardworking and passionate Morning Baker / Delivery Driver to join our team in Pensacola, FL. This dual-role position is perfect for an early riser who loves the craft of baking and takes pride in getting fresh, delicious products into the hands of our customers. Responsibilities:- Prepare and bake fresh breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
- Manage morning production schedules to ensure all products are baked, packaged, and ready for delivery on time
- Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofing stations
- Load and organize delivery vehicle with accuracy, ensuring all orders are complete and properly packaged
- Deliver baked goods to local businesses, restaurants, and retail partners along assigned routes
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized bakery workspace in compliance with food safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries and represent the brand with a positive attitude
- Prior baking, food production, or culinary experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work early morning hours, typically starting before dawn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet time-sensitive production and delivery deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and consistency
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
