About the role

As the Marketing Manager, you will own the development of our brand identity, voice, and positioning while driving results through strategic marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure all marketing efforts align with our business goals.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 yearly. Full‑time. Benefits included.

  • Ability to manage brand identity and execute marketing across digital and physical channels.
  • Skilled at collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (social media, email, digital ads).
  • Education in marketing or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Development
  • Own and refine the brand strategy, ensuring alignment and consistency across all subsidiaries.
  • Shape and maintain each brand's unique voice under our umbrella, aligned with business goals and target audiences.
  • Audit marketing materials for quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Position our company as a leader in real‑estate investment, development, construction, and property management.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies to drive leads, awareness, and growth.
  • Own marketing efforts for major announcements, events, developments, and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for leadership, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute company events that align with strategic goals.
  • Content development and execution across digital, social, print, and property marketing channels.
