• Assist in development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on specific unit.
• Monitor and manage staff, providing on‑the‑spot feedback, annual evaluations, performance counseling, and discipline.
• Assume patient care as needed, building meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress.

• Current RN licensure required by state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS certification to be obtained within one year.
• CRRN certification within one year of eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within last five years).
• Previous leadership role such as charge nurse or lead capacity, responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and accountability for patient and staff results.
