Relocation offered for out-of-state candidates between $5,000-7,500

What you will do in this role:

• Administers, plans and evaluates the activities of the department(s) to ensure quality patient care.
• Develops goals, policies and procedures, prepares and submits operating and capital budgets, participates in multidisciplinary QI teams, consults with staff, physicians and other departments as needed.
• Manages staffing patterns with the assistance of Assistant Nurse Managers and the House Supervisors on a shift-to-shift basis. Follows policies and procedures. Participates in the Quality Improvement process and adheres to facility standards of behavior.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred
• A minimum of one (1) year management experience is preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• MUST HAVE ASN
• MUST have at least 3-5 years of charge RN exp in the ER
