N/A (all rates to be negotiated on a case by case basis)

• Various shifts across M-F and weekends (7a-3p, 3p-5p, 5p-7p, 7p-7a coverage, including two 24-hour OB positions)

• On-call: 12-hour call Sunday-Saturday; priority given to clinicians taking call (CRNAs are 2nd call to MDs)

• Must live at least 1 hour drive from facility

• temp privileges considered

• Case types:
  Bariatric, ENT, IR, GYN, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Endo, OMFS, Dental, Plastics, Cardiac, Thoracic, OB, Peds, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, Major Vascular

• Must be comfortable with sick peds

• Supervised Team Care Model

• Level 1 Trauma Center, all patient ages

• Open to licensing candidates
