Emergency Veterinarian – Ethos ER Immerse Mentorship Program – Pensacola, FL. Join the team at the Veterinary Emergency Referral Center, where we are eager to connect with candidates with a desire for mentorship in emergency practice – new graduates and general practitioners seeking a change are encouraged to apply. Our on-site mentorship program offers structured one on one mentorship with specialists and ER DVMs, most with over a decade of experience.

• Salary only during the mentorship period, flexible base salary and 22% production for associate period

• Program duration approximately 6 months in length, with flexible start dates
• 2-year commitment as an ER clinician at VERC following training

• No on-call
• Competency-based curriculum that includes asynchronous learning and weekly live virtual didactic rounds including ER and Critical Care Rounds and Journal Clubs
• Regular live continuing education events led by specialists and experienced emergency doctors

Our practice is dedicated to emergency care and specialty referrals only, with 24/7 access to specialists and experienced emergency doctors to support you around the clock. We currently have board-certified specialists in surgery and neurology. Our diagnostic facilities include CT, MRI, digital radiography, ultrasonography, fluoroscopy, and an on-site veterinary reference lab. We prioritize patient care and value continual development and teaching with Morbidity and Mortality Rounds and Journal Club.
